Senior Finance Executive

💰Up to $5,500 (commensurate with experience)

5 days’ work week (Hybrid work arrangement)

Job Type: 2 Years Contract

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations
• Manage GST submission and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist with audit matters and inventory/asset verification exercises
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Experience handling full set of accounts preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Synergix ERP is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
