Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space-planning solutions.
• Create drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
• Prepare presentations, specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
• Conduct site visits and supervise project implementation.
• Resolve design and construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practic

Requirement:

• Proficiency in design software ：AUTOCAD , 3DS MAX , ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR, SHETCH UP....
• Knowledge of space planning and furniture layouts.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and color theory.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction methods.
• Ability to prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight dealines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required
