Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations

* Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

* Manage and train service staff (waiters/waitresses/crew)

* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

* Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance if applicable)

* Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning

* Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team

* Manage cashiering duties and daily closing reports

* Support outlet manager in achieving sales and operational targets

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality (supervisory role preferred)

* Good communication skills in English (other languages is a plus)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Customer service oriented and able to handle fast-paced environment

* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

* Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

* Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
