M&E MANAGER
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Role:
Lead and manage all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work, safety standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor the progress of M&E works and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors on M&E related matters, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
Ensure adherence to Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the M&E installation and commissioning process.
Prepare and submit M&E documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
Job Requirement
Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
Solid technical knowledge of M&E services.
Good written communication skills.
Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
