Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals, and Customers in sales/ purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlement
  • Establish and develop stronger relationships with existing & new clients.
  • Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations.
  • Liaising with customers on their shipment requirements and sales activities.
  • Liaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangement
  • Coordinate and perform monthly cycle-count / annual stock count.
  • Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer’s request date.
  • Ensure customers satisfaction with the company products and services.
  • Perform any other tasks assign by management.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 year of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with flixibility to work extended hours when required
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
