  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Supervise and support the sales team in daily activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Train and motivate sales staff to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Assist in planning sales strategies and promotional activities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with flexibility to work extended hours when required.

  • Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
