Job Description
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Supervise and support the sales team in daily activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Assist in planning sales strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
