· Supervise daily store/warehouse operations and staff activities
· Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and deliveries
· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
· Coordinate stock issuance and delivery to departments/customers
· Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
· Prepare inventory and stock movement reports
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area
· Investigate stock discrepancies and damaged goods
· Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments
· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
· Train and guidestorekeepers or warehouse assistants
Requirements
· 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventorymanagement
· Strong inventory and stock control knowledge
· Leadership and team supervision skills
· Good organizational and time management abilities
· Computer literacy
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to workunder pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility to work extended hours whenrequired
