Job Summary

You will manage sales inquiries and orders through multiple channels, coordinate with teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and engage customers to increase sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and process orders received via website, phone, or email to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams and departments to manage service orders, deliveries, and sales-related activities efficiently
  • Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and maintain updated sales materials to support sales growth
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Apply computer skills to support administrative and organizational tasks related to sales operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve team performance and contribute to leadership initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles to support sales functions
  • Ability to develop team members and demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients

Other Information

  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6PM
  • Work Location: Near Rochor MRT
