• S$2,500 - S$3,500 basic + Variable Bonus

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Job Responsibilities

As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication

• Providing prompt and professional customer support

• Processing orders, quotations, and delivery requests accurately

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment

• Managing customer records and transaction details

• Resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally

• Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service standards

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent

• 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or sales support

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common office applications
