Our Client, a Singapore-based supplier of medical products, committed to delivering reliable healthcare solutions with efficient service and strong customer support, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Order Fulfilment Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly, handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Process orders and requests
Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Manage administration
Support, communicate and coordinate with Sales team and internal departments
REQUIREMENTS:
Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
At least 1 year relevant experience
Experience in sales support / customer service would be an added advantage
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Customer Service Oriented
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
OTHER INFORMATION:
Location : Yishun
Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary : Up till $3200 + Bonus
