Join a reputable construction and design-focused organisation delivering large-scale public housing projects in Singapore. Be part of a collaborative digital construction team driving Building Information Modelling (BIM) excellence across HDB developments.

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller with strong technical capability and experience in large residential projects to support design coordination, modelling, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for project use
• Produce accurate drawings from BIM models
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Perform clash detection and resolve model coordination issues
• Support site teams using BIM data for construction execution
• Prepare authority submissions and shop drawings

Requirements

• Formal BIM training (Diploma or certification required)
• Minimum 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in large-scale projects
• Experience in HDB/PBU projects is essential
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architectural & Structural), Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Ability to produce BIM models, shop drawings, sequencing models, clash reports, and as-built models
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD requirements, and coordination workflows
• Familiar with architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and construction methodology
• Understanding of BCA, HDB BIM requirements, and IDD standards in Singapore

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5.5-day work week)
