Project Manager (Construction) – Up to $8,000 + AWS + Bonus

Project Manager (Architectural PC and GFRC façade systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage site operations and project schedules for smooth execution
• Monitor project progress to achieve cost, quality, and timeline objectives
• Attend project kick-off meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities
• Prepare project reports, work programs, and project-related documentation
• Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure work progress is on track
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and provide effective solutions to site issues

Requirements

• Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
• Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, and project execution
