APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST (Java)

Job Summary You will analyze, troubleshoot, and support Java-based applications, managing batch processing cycles and coordinating deployment rollbacks to ensure smooth production operations. Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Java, Javascript, and SQL application code to resolve issues effectively

• Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications in production environments to maintain system stability

• Monitor daily End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) batch processing cycles to ensure timely completion

• Restart failed batch jobs and validate output files to maintain data integrity and process continuity

• Maintain and update batch runbooks and operational checklists to support consistent batch operations

• Coordinate rollback activities during failed deployments to minimize production impact
