Job Description

The Human Resource Executive will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally while supporting various administrative HR tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Prepare HR letters, employment contracts and employee documentation.

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and MOM-related matters.

  • Support payroll processing, leave administration and statutory submissions.

  • Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders on payroll matters and employee queries.

  • Assist in employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance handling.

  • Liaise with institutions for internship collaborations and recruitment initiatives.

  • Support performance appraisal, training and HR administration.

  • Review and support updates to HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.

  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act and statutory requirements.

  • Monitor HR-related costs and support HR administrative reporting.

  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Well-versed with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and statutory compliance requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Independent, meticulous and able to handle confidential matters professionally.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
