Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end operations of our healthcare centre, ensuring we achieve our operational KPIs and deliver service excellence. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, leading diverse teams, and implementing initiatives that improve patient experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end centre operations to achieve operational KPIs, service excellence, and business targets
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align operational goals and drive centre performance
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across clinical, nursing, and administrative functions, including manpower planning and scheduling
• Enhance patient experience across all touchpoints, including improving service delivery, reducing waiting time, and managing feedback and complaints
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, operational efficiency, and turnaround time
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, SOPs, infection control, and quality assurance standards
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, equipment maintenance, and overall centre readiness
• Support audits, accreditation processes, and staff onboarding and development

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline, with relevant or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive operations and service excellence
