Job Description

As the Assistant Manager of Primary Healthcare, you will oversee the operational performance of our clinics, ensuring that they run efficiently while meeting all regulatory and standard requirements. You will also collaborate closely with clinic managers and are responsible for training and orienting staff to maintain high service standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the clinic team to ensure efficient and proper operations at our clinics
  • Provide support to overall strategic and operational management directions to align business goals
  • Coordinate with Clinic Managers on day-to-day operational matters
  • Manage orientation and training of clinic staff to ensure sufficient and qualified personnel
  • Ensure maintenance of SOPs, clinic compliance with legal policies, clinical practice guidelines and standards
  • Support in development and implementation of new initiatives, guidelines and policies across all clinics
  • Ensure all administrative and operational tasks are conducted with a high standard of service and professionalism
  • Supervise a team of non-executive and ancillary staff
  • Optimize daily activities and performance of the business
  • Undertake clinic assistant duties where required
  • Support in general administration where required
  • Perform and support in any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare with supervisory experience
  • Possess demonstrated clear leadership skills as well as performance track records
  • Ability to lead and keep teams
  • Excellent clinic management skills with experience in managing and supervising clinical administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
