Manager, Primary Healthcare

The Manager of Primary Healthcare will oversee the operational efficiency of all Minmed Clinics. This role involves aligning business goals with operational strategies, ensuring compliance, and leading the clinic team to deliver high-quality services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic team to ensure efficient and proper operations at all Minmed Clinics
• Provide support to overall strategic and operational management directions to align business goals
• Conduct regular review with Clinic Manager Lead on day-to-day operational matters
• Ensure maintenance of SOPs and clinic compliance with legal policies and standards
• Develop and implement new initiatives, guidelines and policies across all clinics whenever required
• Oversee all administrative and operational tasks with a high standard of service and professionalism
• Support in general administration where required
• Perform and support in any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare with supervisory experience
• Possess demonstrated clear leadership skills as well as performance track records
• Ability to lead and keep teams
• Excellent clinic management skills with experience in managing and supervising clinical administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
