5 days Logistics Coordinator up to $2600

Logistics Coordinator Salary: $2,200 – $2,600 Working Hours: 7.15am – 4.00pm (Mon to Fri） Location: Pioneer

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including shipment planning and execution.

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and Bills of Lading.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transport providers, suppliers, and customers.

• Arrange customs clearance, permit applications, and GST-related documentation.

• Coordinate trucking, container collection, deliveries, and warehouse-related logistics activities.

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and reports.

• Work closely with warehouse teams to support daily logistics operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination is preferred.

• Familiar with import/export documentation and shipping procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently.

• Able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively.
