5 days Butcher cum Kitchen Assistant up to $2600

Butcher cum Kitchen Assistant Gross Salary: $2,400 - $2,600 Location: Bishan / VivoCity Working Hours: 11am – 8pm / 11am – 9pm (5 days, rest on weekdays)

Job Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare beef, chicken, fish, and other meat products.

• Portion and prepare ingredients according to operational requirements.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw ingredients.

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.

• Arrange stock and ensure proper ingredient storage.

• Follow food hygiene, safety, and company procedures at all times.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Experience in butchery, and meat cutting

• Able to handle raw meat, poultry, fish, and other ingredients.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
