5 days Shipping Admin up to $3000 (Clementi)

Shipping Admin Salary: $2,800 – $3,000 Location: Clementi Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders , and Delivery Orders.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange shipments.

• Prepare and verify import/export documentation for shipment clearance.

• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving delivery and shipment-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for orders and shipments.

• Support the General Manager with administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
