HR Generalist up to $4500 (Tuas)

HR Generalist Salary: $4000 - $4500 Location: Tuas (Company transport from Jurong East MRT) Benefits: AWS & Performance Bonus & AL 14 days Working Hours Mon–Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Lunch: 12.30pm – 1.30pm) Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm (WFH, standby only; reply when required) Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records

• Support payroll preparation, including OT, deductions, and claims

• Handle payroll and HR-related queries

• Assist with statutory submissions (CPF, tax filing, etc.)

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

• Prepare basic HR reports for management

• Administer employee benefits and reimbursements

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Singapore labour laws

• Provide general HR administrative support

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in HR administration and payroll

• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
