Warehouse Assistant (Night Shift) – Kaki Bukit

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $1,600 – $1,800
• Other Allowances: Approximately $550 per month
• Gross Monthly Salary: Up to $2,360
• On-the-Job Training (OJT) provided

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Night Shift: 7:15 PM – 7:03 AM

Work Location:

• Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and ensure all incoming delivery documents are complete and match Purchase Order (PO) requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials and products to ensure they are free from damage, defects, and pest infestation.
• Receive, store, and organize raw materials, components, and finished goods in designated locations.
• Ensure proper labelling and identification of all inventory items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper segregation of Receiving, Quarantine, and Finished Goods areas.
• Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures when issuing materials and products.
• Update inventory records accurately in the ERP system.
• Perform stock replenishment, inventory cycle counts, and stock-taking activities.
• Pick and prepare materials according to work orders and operational requirements.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• No experience are welcome to apply , training will be provided.
• Able to work permanent night shifts.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse duties.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
