About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with a proven track record in managing mid to senior-level IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience sourcing and closing niche technology roles in a fast‑paced, number‑driven recruitment environment and be confident in managing client expectations end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid to senior‑level IT roles, including:
Java Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts (BA), Software/Systems Analysts, Technical Leads, Solution Specialists, Other niche technology positions
- Source talent through job portals, social networks, talent databases, and direct search.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional fit.
- Liaise closely with clients for: Profile submissions, Interview coordination, Salary negotiation
- Offer management and onboarding follow‑up
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure timely delivery of hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and work towards monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines, regulations, and the COMPASS framework.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while working in a dynamic and target‑driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, preferably in agency environments.
- Strong experience working on mid to senior-level IT roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills using various job boards, social platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
- Proven experience handling client interactions, including requirement discussions, submissions, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Strong understanding of Singapore MOM guidelines, and COMPASS assessments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in IT contract staffing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exposure to APAC‑wide recruitment
- Strong technical understanding of IT roles and technologies
