About the team: TikTok Shop is transforming how people discover and buy products. In Poland, we are building a new Discovery commerce ecosystem where content, creators, and brands come together to drive real business impact. We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our Milan-based team and play a pivotal role in onboarding and scaling high-potential merchants on TikTok Shop. This is a high-ownership role at the heart of one of TikTok’s fastest-growing businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the full merchant-acquisition and incubation with the support of an experienced team. You will:
- Help shape and execute acquisition and growth plans, learning how to set goals, prioritize, and spot high-potential opportunities.
- Research and reach out to merchants that could thrive on TikTok Shop, and support partnerships with commerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing solution providers.
- Work with teammates across functions to make it easier and faster for new merchants to go live.
- Track how acquisition is performing, dig into the data, and share ideas to improve and scale what's working.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- Curiosity and drive — you take initiative, ask good questions, and enjoy working with people across different teams.
- A structured, hypothesis-driven problem solver who is comfortable with numbers and likes turning them into decisions -
- Strong data skills — comfortable working with data to analyze performance, draw conclusions, and support decisions (Excel/Sheets required; SQL or BI tools a plus).
- Goal- and results-oriented, with a track record of setting targets or OKRs and following through to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, e-commerce, sales, business development, or a related area — including internships, graduate programs, projects, or part-time work.
- Fluent in English OR Polish.
Preferred Qualifications
- A deep understanding of the EU e-commerce landscape is highly desirable.
- Fast learner, proactive, and resilient, able to perform and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
