Business Development Director

Business Development Director We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Director to lead and grow our Design, Manufacturing & Packaging (DMP) business. This role focuses on industries such as:

• RF & Microwave

• Satellite Communications (Satcom)

• Defense & Radar

• High Power Electronics

• System Integration Solutions

The ideal candidate should have both technical knowledge and business development experience in electronics, semiconductor, or advanced engineering environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the DMP business across key technology markets.

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

• Drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Manage projects from early concept stage to mass production.

This includes:

• Proof of Concept (POC)

• Prototype development

• New Product Development (NPD)

• New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Mass Production (MP)

• Work closely with customers, engineering teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Identify new market trends, technologies, and growth opportunities.

• Support technical solutioning and system integration for customer projects.

• Lead technical discussions, planning, and project execution activities.

• Build and maintain strong industry networks and partnerships.

• Travel regionally and internationally for customer meetings, supplier management, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in RF, Satcom, Defense, Radar, Microwave, High Power Devices, or System Integration industries.

• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, and advanced engineering products.

• Experience handling projects from development stage to mass production.

• Familiar with New Product Development (NPD) and manufacturing transfer processes.

• Experience in defense, aerospace, industrial, or high-reliability industries is an advantage.

• Strong business development skills and industry connections.

• Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with frequent travel for business and customer support.
