• System Management and Maintenance

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and availability of data across all systems.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document reporting requirements.

• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder with 1 yr of working experience in Workforce Management

• Understanding of MIS Support, performance insights in Contact Center environment

• Ability to work with stakeholders

• Good communication skills
