Project Management Officer (Japanese Speaking, Bank)

Responsibilities 

• Liaise with the Project Manager in the Japan HQ to address project-related matters and concerns.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing project documentation and facilitating meetings/workshops.
• To support and manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.
• Understanding for business requirements, and system architecture and system design.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and strong cross-functional teamwork to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience IT project manager or project management office.
• Experience in multinational projects or working in global teams
• Strong skills in preparing business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of banking products/processes such as FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, FAST, MEPS, and XB will be an advantage 
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English to communicate with stakeholders at the Japan headquarters through emails, meetings, project discussions, and documentation reviews.
