Grant Processing Officer (Claims & Applications Processing / Kakit Bukit / Up to $3000)

Responsibilities • Process grant applications, disbursements, and claims accurately and within established timelines. • Review and verify the completeness of documents and supporting information. • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in grant management systems. • Follow up with applicants to obtain missing or incomplete information when required. • Handle standard grant cases in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Escalate complex or exceptional cases to supervisors for further review and decision-making. • Respond to basic applicant enquiries related to grant submissions and processing. • Support daily operations and ensure assigned service standards and KPIs are met. • Identify, report, and assist in resolving processing issues, errors, or delays. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of records for audit and compliance purposes. • Utilize grant management systems and related tools effectively. • Provide feedback and support during system enhancements, updates, or testing activities. Requirements • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and document verification. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and demonstrate willingness to learn.

Employment Details

• Work Days: Monday to Friday

• Work Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday - Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

• Contract Duration: 2–year contract (Renewable)

• Work Location: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi

• Salary Range: $3000 - $3500
