· Report to the Project Director.
· Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.
· Draft, review, and manage contracts between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
· Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and advise on contractor selection.
· Track project costs, monitor progress, and assess the financial impact of design or scope changes.
· Monitor and control material wastage.
· Conduct interim valuations, certify payments to contractors, and manage final accounts.
· Identify financial risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Management.
Job Requirement:
- Depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Outstanding communications and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Advances time management and analytical skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Building, or Engineering.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- 5 years' experience in procurement of construction projects and/or building variation works. (Metal Works)
· Required language(s): English & Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers)
