Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design-build of a life science laboratory in Kallang, Singapore. This is a part-time contract role (~25 hrs/week on average, with potential to scale up to full-time during peak construction) running through the end of 2027.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, keeping the project on track from design through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk end-to-end
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across locations and time zones
• Manage external contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Track milestones, resolve issues, and escalate decisions as needed
• Prepare regular status reports and lead project meetings
• Conduct site visits at the Kallang location as required

Requirements

• Proven PM experience in construction or technical facility projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Familiarity with Singapore's construction and regulatory landscape is a plus
• Experience in life science, laboratory, or similar technical facilities preferred

Location: Remote (WFH) with occasional on-site presence in Kallang, Singapore

Commitment: ~25 hours/week (flex to full-time during peak construction phases)

Duration: Contract through end of 2027 (~18 months)
