Job Description

  • Able to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Must able use Mitutoyo CMM machine (Programming and Operation).
  • Ensure incoming materials, in-process production and finished products meet by confirm specifications requirements; conducting visual and measurement tests.
  • Follow up corrective actions in production
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database.1.
  • Able to perform fist article and final inspection report for finished products and prepare relevant documents to customer.
  • Evaluate and analyze customers rejections, implement and feedback corrective action.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control
  • Basic Computer knowledge to prepare Quality Documents Report
  • Able to speak, write and read simple English
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekend or Public Holidays (if necessary)
  • Able to do shift rotate (Day & Night shift).
