Job Summary

The Facilities Management Executive oversees operations and maintenance of co-working facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient environment. This role drives strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership to optimize facility performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Perform immediate maintenance and repairs on IT equipment and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
• Develop and execute long-term facilities management strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote sustainability
• Evaluate facility conditions and recommend targeted improvements or upgrades to enhance functionality and member experience
• Manage daily facility operations, including coordinating maintenance and cleaning services to maintain a safe and welcoming workspace
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect members and staff
• Plan and conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to maintain staff preparedness for emergencies
• Address and resolve ad-hoc facilities-related issues promptly to support smooth workspace operations
