As a Relationship Manager, your Key Responsibilities include:

1.     Client Acquisition

• Identify and onboard new corporate customers seeking business financing.  

2.     Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with clients -understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  

3.     Advisory

• Guide businesses through loan applications, structuring, and approvals.  

4.     Portfolio Growth

• Achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing the portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling and referrals.

5.   Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in corporate financing.
• Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
• Good industry network and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter and team player
• Results-driven with a passion for helping businesses succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
