Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Executive to support our day-to-day office operations, with a strong focus on expatriate support. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for expatriate staff and maintaining efficient administrative workflows across the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and general support to expatriates, including both local hires and seconded staff

  • Assist in onboarding arrangements, including accommodation coordination, transportation, and local administrative processes

  • Organise documents, prepare meeting materials, and manage administrative workflows

  • Welcome visitors and coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Handle logistics and errands, including booking services and arranging appointments

  • Support day-to-day office administration and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Provide driving support for office-related tasks or expatriate needs, where required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).

  • Eligible to work in Singapore.

  • Able to work flexible hours when needed to support expatriate arrival schedules or urgent administrative matters.

  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license if the role requires occasional driving.

  • Familiar with Singapore’s administrative processes (e.g., utilities, banking, housing, local service providers).

  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.

  • (Preferred) Prior experience in office administration or support functions.
