Project Manager

Job Description :

• Overall control and monitoring of projects' operations, budgets & key personnel staffing
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material and resources on site
• Ensure high level of site safety and housekeeping
• Manage and control good quality of work
• Managing subcontractors to ensure tiimely delivery and good quality of work
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcons and etc

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB/IES
• Preferably with experience in both public and private projects
• Able to lead and work independently
• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage and drive subcontracting work
