Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial type who is an experienced and self-driven sales manager / business executive partner but keen to start and operate a business in Singapore (or in Asia). Will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and managing client relationships, while leading a sales team to expand client pool and achieve business goals on the AcceClaim Redemptions platform.

This role requires entrepreneurial yearning, strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities and the ability to translate market opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

Ideal for someone driven by value and keen to acquire a passive income stream for the medium to long term.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize and Manage AcceClaim Claims and/or Redemptions platform for any region/industry in Singapore
  • Identify, develop and pursue new business accounts to grow customer base and a monthly income stream
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure and maintain strong customer satisfaction for long-term partnership development
  • Oversee and maintain accurate records of sales activities, monitor sales performance
  • Analyse and forecast market trends; Refine business strategies to improve sales process
  • Manage full sales cycle – generate leads, develop and pitch proposals, negotiate. closing and collections
  • Lead, mentor and manage sales team to achieve individual and business goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in securing retail clients/accounts with consumers and outlets
  • Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to spot new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans to grow key accounts
  • Confident and persuasive communicator
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent attention to details with analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong and effective leadership abilities
  • Strong understanding of project delivery processes
