Senior Technical Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments;
• Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance;
• Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance;
• Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans;
• Liaise with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance;
• Assist in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination with consultants;
• Where applicable, supervise Assistant Technical Officer and Technical Officers within the team including delegating of tasks;
• Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation;
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements;
• Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.

Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience;
• Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation;
• Knowledge in Revit;
• Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local authorities.
