HSEQ & Sustainability Manager cum ISO Management Representative

Job Description & Requirements
Health, Safety & Environmental Management

• Serve as the Company's Safety Manager and, where required, perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer for the factory, workers' dormitory, office, and project sites.
• Review, evaluate, and enhance the Company's safety management system and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of factories, dormitories, offices, and project sites to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage all safety and environmental matters, including audits, inspections, incident investigations, and regulatory authority visits.
• Prepare and submit periodic safety and environmental compliance reports.

ISO Management Systems

• Act as Management Representative for the Company's integrated management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO management systems.
• Coordinate management review meetings, internal audits, corrective actions, and compliance reporting.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing ISO manuals, procedures, and systems.

Sustainability (ESG)

• Develop and implement the Company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and monitor ESG performance indicators.
• Prepare sustainability and ESG reports for management review.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainability objectives.

Digitalisation & Management Information Systems

• Support the Company's digitalisation initiatives through structured HSEQ and ESG data management.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reporting frameworks.
• Analyse operational data and prepare management reports to support business decision-making.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and develop the HSEQ Department to support the Company's strategic objectives.
• Assess staff competencies, identify training needs, and implement development plans.
• Support recruitment and succession planning within the department.
• Mentor and coach team members to build organisational capabilities.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline (4-year program), or in Safety, Health and Environment, or other WSH-related qualifications recognised by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Certified in the Lifting Supervisor Safety Course.
• Certified in the Managing Work at Height Course.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
