Job Description

Administrative Assistant (3 days/week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of an esteemed school in the central. This role is well suited for candidates with strong administrative and basic bookkeeping experience who are seeking part-time or flexible arrangements.

Working Arrangements

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • Fridays: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience in admin or basic bookkeeping preferred
  • Comfortable with data entry and financial documentation
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Able to commit to work schedule as listed above
