Job Description

Job Summary

This role supports procurement and administrative operations, including invoice processing, inventory management, and coordination of office, staff, and student-related activities. It also provides general operational support such as handling logistics, facility bookings, and day-to-day office needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and invoicing processes, including checking invoices and coordinating payments
  • Handle supplier enquiries and follow up on payment matters
  • Receive deliveries and track missing items where required
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and distribute items to staff
  • Support general staff administration, including preparing onboarding items and arranging gifts or bookings
  • Assist with student-related administrative tasks such as coordinating logistics for events (e.g. transport, meals)
  • Provide general operational support, including basic pantry upkeep, reporting faulty items, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Able to support invoice processing, vendor follow-ups, and basic inventory management
  • Familiar with basic systems (e.g. facility bookings) and comfortable using spreadsheets or document tools
  • Good organisational, communication, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Able to work with different teams and external vendors, and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Handles information with care and maintains accuracy in data entry and reporting

  • Location: Choa Chu Kang
  • Working Schedule: Mon to Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Salary: $2,580
