What You’ll Do:

• Build trusted, supportive relationships with young people
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support
• Plan and facilitate structured developmental programmes
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for positive youth development

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage and connect with youths from diverse backgrounds
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Relevant experience as Youth Worker/Counsellor/related field
• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or related fields is an advantage
