Job Summary
This role involves supporting customer service by handling client enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, while assisting the team with administrative and general tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Provide front-line customer service and support to court users
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Quality Service team
- Support the team with ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Other Information
- Location: Lengkok Bahru
- Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Friday (8am - 5pm)
