Job Description

Job Summary

This role involves supporting customer service by handling client enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, while assisting the team with administrative and general tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Provide front-line customer service and support to court users
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Quality Service team
  • Support the team with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Other Information

  • Location: Lengkok Bahru
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Friday (8am - 5pm)
