Job Description

Job Summary

This role involves supporting front-line customer service, handling marriage-related applications and enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of solemnisation services. It also includes administrative duties such as document verification, case follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk and walk-in enquiries, providing clear guidance on marriage-related services and procedures
  • Support document collection, application processing, and counter services with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure smooth coordination of solemnisation ceremonies, including pre-checks and guest readiness
  • Assist with various applications (e.g. marriage, records search, amendments) and follow up on cases
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated matters
  • Provide administrative support, including document verification, scheduling, and record management
  • Manage emails, calls, and public enquiries professionally
  • Support digitisation and maintenance of records, ensuring proper documentation and storage

Requirements

  • Min GCE N Level

Other Information

  • Location: The Esplanade Mall
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8am - 5.30pm), Friday (8am - 5pm)
