Job Summary
This role involves supporting front-line customer service, handling marriage-related applications and enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of solemnisation services. It also includes administrative duties such as document verification, case follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records and systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk and walk-in enquiries, providing clear guidance on marriage-related services and procedures
- Support document collection, application processing, and counter services with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure smooth coordination of solemnisation ceremonies, including pre-checks and guest readiness
- Assist with various applications (e.g. marriage, records search, amendments) and follow up on cases
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated matters
- Provide administrative support, including document verification, scheduling, and record management
- Manage emails, calls, and public enquiries professionally
- Support digitisation and maintenance of records, ensuring proper documentation and storage
Requirements
- Min GCE N Level
Other Information
- Location: The Esplanade Mall
- Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8am - 5.30pm), Friday (8am - 5pm)
