The Opportunity
- Starts off as a 12 months contract
The Cards Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the suite of benefits and rewards associated with the client’s card products. This role focuses on the end-to-end execution and operational management of card benefits and offers, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent segments
- Onboard and manage benefit providers, ensuring SLA adherence
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams for smooth benefit fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks
- Support customer service teams with FAQs, training materials, and benefit-related queries
- Track benefit utilization and prepare regular performance reports
- Recommend operational and process improvements
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in card benefits, loyalty programs, partnership management, or product execution
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Good understanding of compliance and operational controls within cards or financial services
