Customer Service Representative (3 Months | $14/hr)

Job Summary

The role focuses on supporting drivers and delivery partners efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to procedures. It also involves handling inventory, organizing warehouse stock and performing physical tasks such as moving and managing items.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and service to driver and delivery partners in a structured environment
• Handle transactions, demonstrate strong attention to numerical and data accuracy
• Physical ability to carry carton boxes and other warehouse items safely and consistently
• Perform inventory stock takes and documenting stock levels for reporting

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service
• Familiar with Microsoft Office & CRM

• Location: Tampines
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9.45am - 6.45pm
• Salary: $14/hr
