Job Description

Job Summary
The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants while supporting their accounts through issue resolution and queries. It involves coordinating documentation, managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing business insights. The position also requires understanding company products to support cross-selling opportunities, along with handling general administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage strong business relationships with merchants
  • Servicing accounts by undertaking queries, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
  • Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
  • Querying data & generating report for merchants request and management needs
  • Perform board range of quantitative and qualitative analyses for merchant business review
  • Gain a deep understanding of company's products and business goals to inform cross-sell strategies


Requirements

  • Min GCE A level
  • Experience in Microsoft Words, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Ability to problem solve


Other Information

  • Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm
  • Location: One-north (Transport provided from Buona Vista & One-north MRT)
  • Salary: Up to $2,600
  • Contract duration: 12 Months
