Job Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Group, you will drive sales activities, build client relationships, source top talent, manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and deliver excellent candidate care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain new client relationships to expand business opportunities in a sales-driven environment
  • Source high-quality talent using business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job board advertising to meet client needs
  • Manage your schedule and recruitment pipeline to consistently achieve individual and team targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients and candidates to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive team to contribute to shared goals and success
  • Deliver attentive candidate care and perform accurate database and recruitment administration tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum diploma or degree with 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field
  • Demonstrated passion for identifying talent needs and guiding candidates toward suitable career paths
  • Energetic and proactive communication skills with the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Proven team player who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong drive to succeed in sales and recruitment activities
