About the Opportunity

• Step into a high-impact leadership role as a Preschool Centre Principal / Manager, where you will take full ownership of centre performance (driving curriculum excellence, leading and developing high-performing teams) and ensuring outstanding standards in line with ECDA regulations within a safe & nurturing environment.
• Take charge of centre growth by driving enrolment numbers and spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, building strong parent engagement and positioning the centre competitively within Singapore’s Early Childhood landscape.

Main Duties& and Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic direction and performance of the preschool, driving curriculum excellence, operational efficiency and high standards in line with ECDA regulations
• Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team of educators to deliver quality early childhood education and achieve strong developmental outcomes
• Drive centre growth through active enrolment strategies, marketing initiatives and strong parent engagement to position the centre competitively
• Oversee full spectrum of centre operations, including compliance, licensing, budgeting and resource optimisation to ensure smooth and sustainable operations
• Drive the continuous refinement and enhancement of policies, programmes, and best practices to elevate centre standards and support scalable growth and expansion initiatives

JobRequirements

• ADECL / DECCE-L / DPL or equivalent Leadership certificates recognized by ECDA
