About the Opportunity
- As an Infant Educator, you will play a vital role in providing responsive care and meaningful early learning experiences for infants and toddlers during their most formative years. You will implement nurturing caregiving routines aligned with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF), ensuring a safe, hygienic and developmentally appropriate environment that supports each child’s growth.
- Ideal for passionate early childhood professionals who believe in building strong relationships with children and families and who are committed to delivering quality infant care within Singapore’s Early Childhood sector.
Main Duties &Responsibilities
- Implement routine caregiving practices and developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
- Apply health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards to ensure infants’ well-being at all times.
- Build respectful, responsive and nurturing relationships with infants and toddlers.
- Observe and document children’s learning and developmental progress.
- Build strong partnerships with families to ensure consistent care and foster effective communication between home and centre.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)
- Minimum EY1 / EY2 LON Certified by ECDA
