π― Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
1. π€ Channel Partner Super-Connector (Management)
Nurture Strategic Alliances: Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with existing channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and key distributors.
Align Growth Goals: Collaborate closely with partners to establish joint business plans, align strategic commercial objectives, and drive mutual growth.
Empower Partners: Coordinate and provide regular training, enablement sessions, and resources to boost partners' product knowledge, capabilities, and sales effectiveness.
2. π Sales & Revenue Accelerator (Execution)
Co-Sell & Close: Team up with channel partners to uncover fresh pipelines, track high-value sales opportunities, and close strategic enterprise IT deals.
Sync Internal Teams: Partner seamlessly with internal sales teams to ensure lightning-fast lead management and a flawless handoff of high-priority opportunities.
3. π Ecosystem Expansion (Development)
Recruit Elite Partners: Conduct detailed, logical evaluations to identify and onboard high-potential partners, analyzing their technical expertise, market footprint, and values alignment.
Fuel Sales Performance: Deliver ongoing operational support and tech-enablement toolkits to help partners position and sell our industry-leading portfolio.
4. π£οΈ Collaborative Brand Ambassador (Cross-Functional)
Work Across Borders: Build tight cross-functional relationships internally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams.
Co-Market Campaigns: Partner with marketing teams to design and deploy high-conversion, channel-specific campaigns, exclusive collateral, and partner promotions.
Communicate with Impact: Act as the direct liaison for partners, proactively sharing product rollouts, market insights, and resolving conflicts swiftly and professionally.
Own the Stage: Represent the company at prestigious industry events, international trade shows, and technology seminars to enhance brand visibility.

πΌ IT Sales Heritage: Prior experience in an active Sales or Business Development role within the IT, software, or technology industry is highly advantageous.
π Proven Track Record: A demonstrated history of smashing sales targets and driving healthy revenue growth through indirect sales models.
π§ Channel Mastery: Strong strategic understanding of B2B channel partner ecosystems, indirect sales frameworks, and value-added distributor dynamics.
